This shredclaw mount can be purchased at Exalted with Slayer's Duellum from their quartermaster, Thraxdar, in Masters' Perch in Voidstorm. Slayer's Duellum reputation is earned mostly through quests and activities in the Slayer's Rise area of northern Voidstorm. NPCs in Masters' Perch offer quests that require you to be in War Mode, but there are also world quests there that reset multiple times a day and can be completed with War Mode off.
