This mount was only implemented for China and has not yet appeared worldwide.

After the Thunder King's fall, his lingering thunder merged with the spirit of a white dragon. It strides on azure lightning, clouds swirling in its wake-where tyranny once reigned, now guardian light remains.

Riding Requirements:

Level 10
Apprentice Riding (ground)
Expert Riding (flying)

Notes:

This heavenly blue windsteed currently appears to be part of a China-only promotion. In the database it's listed as coming to the Battle.net Shop but we aren't sure if that means worldwide, or it if just refers to the China promotion.

Patch 12.0.0 pre-expansion

Travel Mode:

Ground (+60% or +100% speed)
Flying (+150%, +280% or +310% speed)

Speed depends on your riding skill.
