This mount was only implemented for China and has not yet appeared worldwide.

Gilded in thunder, chosen by destiny. Golden lightning wraps its hooves, piercing the sky like tearing through night. Legends tie it closely to Emperor Shaohao.

Riding Requirements:

Level 10
Apprentice Riding (ground)
Expert Riding (flying)

Notes:

This heavenly white-gold windsteed is currently only available as a 'Lunar Mystery Box' promotional mount in the China region. In the database it's listed as coming to the Battle.net Shop but we aren't sure if that means worldwide, or it if just refers to the China promotion.

Travel Mode:

Ground (+60% or +100% speed)
Flying (+150%, +280% or +310% speed)

Speed depends on your riding skill.
