This mount drops from Gormtamer Tizo in Mistveil Tangle, Ardenweald, but this rare must be summoned before he'll appear. To do this, kill Bristlecone mobs in the area (Bristlecone Terrors and possibly also Bristlecone Bone-Breakers) until the death of one of them spawns a gorm NPC named Chompy. Killing Chompy will cause Gormtamer Tizo to appear.
