This gilded direhorn is the racial mount of the Zandalari Troll allied race, added in Patch 8.1.5. After unlocking the Zandalari Trolls by recruiting them to the Horde, this mount will be usable by all Horde players on your account. Wowhead has a useful Allied Races Overview to help you recruit all the races.
