This mount was only implemented for China and has not yet appeared worldwide.

The first Iron Horde soldiers crossing the Dark Portal captured a ferocious nightsaber. Blackrock artisans armed it with magma armor, transforming it into a combat weapon. Warriors may customize its parts at the Morphing Forum to suit their fighting style and dominate the battlefield.

This customizable Iron Horde panther was only available as a 'The Treasures of Azeroth' promotional mount in China, to celebrate the release of Titan Reforged servers. We don't know if it'll ever be released worldwide.
