Notes:

This royal void dragon is the reward for completing Heroic Manaforge Omega while the raid is current and will be no longer obtainable once The War Within ends. To earn this mount you must defeat Dimensius in Heroic mode or higher. You will receive a Mark of the Twilight Oath that begins the quest A Twilight Oath's End that rewards this mount. Note that the mount isn't tied to the Ahead of the Curve achievement for this raid, and the latter is ending sooner (with the pre-expansion patch rather than Midnight launch).
