This mount was only implemented for China and has not yet appeared worldwide.

When Gadgetzan citizens pried open Gazlowe palace's underground lab, caged beasts' roars were suffocating. Undermine tech fused combat modules onto these panthers, granting superhuman strength and speed. Rustbolt engineers reprogrammed them exclusively for warriors campaigning in K'aresh. Remember to swap modules at the Morphing Forum before deployment.

This customizable cyborg panther was only available as a 'The Treasures of Azeroth' promotional mount in China, to celebrate the release of Titan Reforged servers. We don't know if it'll ever be released worldwide.
