Notes:

This mount can be looted from the Abandoned Ritual Skull, found in Maisara Deeps in Zul'Aman (Midnight). The ornate skull is in a cave underneath the rock shelf with the entrance little to the north-east, at 44.3, 43.6.

The skull can only be unlocked once you've gathered 1000 Vile Essence which has a low drop from troll NPCs (including Hex Guardians) in that area. Note that this is a level 90 area and may be impractical to farm at lower levels.

Ground (+60% or +100% speed)
Flying (+150%, +280% or +310% speed)

Speed depends on your riding skill.
