This mount has a chance of appearing in a Slayer's Duellum Trove loot box which is awarded upon reaching Exalted with Slayer's Duellum. These boxes are part of an 'emissary' or 'paragon' reputation system, where you're awarded a new box each time you gain a certain amount of extra reputation past Exalted.
