You can earn this configurable air ship by completing the quest Bountiful Delves.

The mount image depicted on this page is the most basic, barebones version of the Delver's Dirigible. Like the Dragonriding mounts of Dragonflight, this mount can be modified and upgraded at a Rostrum of Transformation. You can learn the multitude of modifications from Delver's Dirigible Schematics, which can be earned mostly through Delves in The War Within. See Wowhead's Delves Rewards Guide for more information.
