  • Level 10
  • Apprentice Riding (ground)
  • Expert Riding (flying)

This flying blizzard mount is one of the in-game rewards for buying the BlizzCon Collection Legendary Pack from the Blizzard Shop, or for attending BlizzCon 2023 in person. Note that this mount is only part of the Legendary pack, not the Epic one.
