Notes:

This purple-tinted shadow elemental has a chance of dropping from the rare spawn NPC, Beledar's Spawn in Hallowfall. This NPC spawns when the crystal in the ceiling turns purple, which happens in a predictable cycle every 3 hours. The event lasts for 30 minutes before the crystal becomes light again.

Beledar's Spawn has many possible spawn points in the zone, but the item Beledar's Attunement can allow you to see on your map the location at which it appears. This item can be purchased from from Auralia Steelstrike in Mereldar once you reach Renown Rank 23 with Hallowfall Arathi.
