Notes:

This dark stormrook drops from an NPC of the same name who circles the summit of the tallest mountain in the far south-west reach of the Isle of Dorn. She cannot be attacked until you break her shield. You can achieve this by collecting 10 Crackling Shards, which have a low chance of dropping from most NPCs on the Isle. Once you have 10 you can combine them into a Storm Vessel which can be used on her to break her shield and defeat her.

Ground (+60% or +100% speed)
Flying (+150%, +280% or +310% speed)

Speed depends on your riding skill.
