  • Level 10
  • Apprentice Riding (ground)
  • Expert Riding (flying)

Notes:

While the icy-blue Rajani Warserpent is technically a loot mount from a rare NPC, it's actually sold by Zhang Ku, a Rajani Mogu vendor added in Patch 8.3. The loot rare, Rei Lun in Guo-Lai Halls (Mogu Assault phase) actually drops a Pristine Cloud Serpent Scale which you use as currency to buy the mount from Zhang.
