This green hawkstrider was added to the database during Burning Crusade and finally became available in Patch 9.2.5! It's one of the rewards from a special heritage quest chain for Blood Elves. The chain beings with Liadrin in Oribos and is only offered if your Blood Elf character is Exalted with Silvermoon City.
