This mount is available to all eligible characters on your account.

Apprentice Riding (ground)
Expert Riding (flying)

The Felfire Hawk is the reward for the 'Mountacular' achievement of obtaining 250 mounts on any single character. (Your account-wide mount total doesn't count!)

Flying (+150%, +280% or +310% speed)

Speed depends on your riding skill.
