Riding Requirements:

  • This mount is available to all eligible characters on your account.
  • Level 10
  • Apprentice Riding (ground)
  • Expert Riding (flying)

Notes:

This gorgeous drake mount allows you to take the form of the eminent blue dragon, Tarecgosa, tragically now deceased. To obtain this mount you must first already own the legendary staff, Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest, which can be obtained through a quest chain that begins in the Firelands, and is only available to classes who can wield staves (shaman, mages, priests, warlocks, druids, evokers). Once you own the staff, you must then complete the epic new Blue Dragonflight storyline, added to the Dragon Isles in Patch 10.1. The quest chain begins with Kalecgos asking to meet you at the Veiled Ossuary. If you own the Dragonwrath staff, Kalecgos will offer you an extra series of quests at the end of the main story, which culminates in you receiving this mount.

Currently, it appears you can only use this mount on characters that own the staff.
