This is an unused look. This appearance has never been available on a player mount.

Notes:

The textures for this unused skyfiend colour are not currently available on the mount model, but would work perfectly if applied to it. They were taken from the wild, non-mount model, which uses the exact same skin format as the mount. This is how the mount would look if the textures were copied to it.
