Vyranoth's brood was decimated by the aspects, yet Vyranoth's actions have brought many of her surviving progeny to follow in her frigid path and aid in Azeroth's defense.

Notes:

This mount will be awarded by completing Master of the Turbulent Timeways V, which is part of the fifth Turbulent Timeways event coming in Patch 12.0.7. Turbulent Timeways is a special Timewalking event in which five different sets of Timewalking dungeons are available over five or more consecutive weeks.

Assuming it works like previous events, to obtain this mount:

Run four Timewalking dungeons on one character for each of five weeks of the event. You can switch characters between weeks of the event.
Each Timewalking dungeon should award your character one stack of the experience buff Knowledge of Timeways. As this buff only lasts two hours you need to complete the next dungeon in less than two hours after completing the previous one.
Gaining four stacks of Knowledge of Timeways on one character will grant you the Mastery of Timeways buff. This is all you need to do for that week.
Repeat this each week, for five weeks of the event. You can complete the weekly requirement on different characters in different weeks (as the achievement is account-wide), but you must complete each weekly buff on a single character for that week.
After you gain Mastery of Timeways for each of the five weeks you'll complete the achievement and receive this mount!

As with rewards from previous Turbulent Timeways events, it's likely this mount will become purchasable from any Timewalking vendor some time after the event concludes.

Travel Mode:

Ground (+60% or +100% speed)
Flying (+150%, +280% or +310% speed)

Speed depends on your riding skill.
