It was said that this invention was modeled after the likeness of a very wealthy goblin. Although others don't really see the resemblance.

Riding Requirements:

  • This mount is available to all eligible characters on your account.
  • Level 10
  • Apprentice Riding (ground)
  • Expert Riding (flying)

Notes:

This unique hovercraft requires components crafted by two different professions: a Super-Charged Engine, created by Engineers, and a Monelite Reinforced Chassis, created by Blacksmiths. So far it appears the items aren't bound, and any player may be able to obtain them and create the mount. The recipes for these two components drop from K.U.-J.0. in Operation: Mechagon.

Kram Kelada in Mechagon can recolour your Xiwyllag ATV if you happen to find one of three paint bottles for him: These tints appear to be available as rare loot from various chests scattered about Mechagon, such as the Mechanized Chests. It's possible they're also occasional loot from rare NPCs.

  • Flying (+150%, +280% or +310% speed)
