This mount is not bound to a character until it is used. That means that you can buy, sell, trade, or give it away.

Notes:

Poseidus is one of only a few special mounts that increase your speed in water by 60% - equivalent to a slow land mount. It vanishes if you leave the water. Its speed is not affected by effects that increase or decrease mount speed.

It is a 100% drop rate from a rare NPC, also named Poseidus, that may spawn in the Abyssal Depths or the Shimmering Expanse.
