Dormus the Camel-Hoarder in Accessed through Mysterious Camel Figurines in Uldum.

Notes:

To obtain this camel, you first have to locate and click on one of the Mysterious Camel Figurines that appear sporadically in Uldum. Most of the time these will turn to dust, but if you're lucky it will instead transport you to Dormus the Camel-Hoarder (this NPC is in a special phase and cannot be reached any other way).
