Unlike other carpets, and true to its name, it's listed as a ground mount rather than a flying mount.

Note that it requires a Draenor Tailoring skill of at least 1 to craft and learn (it's soulbound), but it can be ridden by any character on your account that has a basic Tailoring skill of at least 1.
