This elegant, beautiful and creeeepy spider mount is sold by a vendor known as "The Mad Merchant" in Dalaran in the Broken Isles. The Mad Merchant isn't there all the time - he only appears in the The Wonderworks sporadically and reports between sightings range from a few hours to a few days! He seems to stay for about an hour before vanishing again.
