This is an unused look. This appearance has never been available on a player mount.

Notes:

This kite uses a slightly different model to the available mounts. It is more ornate, and has lamps on both wings.
The model is called "pandarenkitetaxi", suggesting it was created for use on Pandaren flight routes, but the in-game "taxis" are usually identical to the player kite mounts.
