Notes:

This mount can be found in a Darkfuse Trove loot box, which can be obtained upon reaching Exalted with Darkfuse Solutions in Undermine. We haven't yet confirmed how these 'Trove' lootboxes work, but they seem to be rewards from an Emissary reputation system, where you're awarded a new box each time you perform a set number of tasks or gain a certain amount of reputation with that faction.

To unlock the Darkfuse Solutions faction and begin earning reputation, you must first defeat Chrome King Gallywix in the Liberation of Undermine raid and return to the Incontinental Hotel. There should now be an 'Overly-Sealed Letter' on the concierge desk that starts a quest leading to Sitch Lowdown.
