This storm beetle is part of a special 12-month subscription (US/EU) for a limited-time from November 2022. It isn't one of the regular 6-month subscription mounts, so if you're on a recurring subscription you will not get this mount automatically. It's also not for sale independently in the Blizzard Shop and we don't know if it'll be offered that way in the future.
