This gargon is a quest reward for completing the Venthyr campaign quest Mirror, Mirror.... This is the penultimate quest in the "Avarice" story arc, which forms the fourth chapter in the Venthyr Campaign and requires Renown level 11 to begin.

Ground (+60% or +100% speed)
