This iconically-themed wolf is only available during WoW's anniversary celebrations (starting with the 15th anniversary, in 2019). During the event, players can earn it by participating in a special "Classic" version of Alterac Valley which you can join through the Player vs. Player tab of your Group Finder. To complete the achievement and receive the mount you must earn 200 Timewarped Badges through battleground participation and related quests. You also receive the Alliance equivalent, the Stormpike Battle Ram.
